The Public Libraries of Saginaw celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month 2012 with a special presentation by one of Saginaw's most notable and respected citizens, David Gamez. Mr. Gamez will speak about the very humble beginnings of health care for migrant workers in the Saginaw Valley at the Guadalupe and Saginaw Clinics and how this clinic would be the inspiration for Health Delivery.
